Blue star on-line glass production line uses international 90¡¯s advanced hydrochemistry and fifth generation coated machines to manufacture high tech coated glass.
The system uses steam selection to match the system, a craft parameter automatic control system, and a main coating machine. All equipments are computer controlled from the chief control room.
This production line has also been provided with shine-through examination and an alarm system. The system is entirely controlled automatically by computer, and also with a Lon strand examination system, a matching colors examination system, an attrition text experiment and airproof bears and an alkali proof text instrument. These instruments have omni-directional operation and continuously track the examination and give information feedback using the strand system, to ensure perfect production quality.
